The Counseling Office is Open Limited Hours During the Summer​​​

Drop-in hours for general questions. We have limited staff during this time.

• May 27, 29, 29 from 1:30-3:30 PM

• June 4, 11,17, 18, 24 from 2:00-3:30 PM

• July 14, 15, 16, 17, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25 from 1:30-3:30 PM

New student registrations are by appointment only. For enrollment information and requirements, CLICK HERE. Please be patient as we work limited hours during the summer.

​​​Transcript Requests:

• Class of 2025 - need to request a final transcript to send to the institution you will attend, or to NCAA or NAIA? Submit your request through June 17 at  https://bit.ly/25final. After June 17, you must request your transcript by contacting the main office at (678) 594-8190.

  • If you submitted your request via our link, we will process your request within the first two weeks of the end of the semester due to the volume that need to be sent out. It may take your college a couple of weeks to update the status to received on their end.​​​​​​​​​

• If you graduated 2 or more years ago, request your transcript HERE

• All other transcript requests – please call the main office at (678) 594-8190. Cost: $2 per official transcript; bring exact amount and photo ID.​

HOPE/Zell Miller for class of 2025: we are processing and completing necessary behind the scenes items that need to be done for your final transcript to be sent to GSFC. Your final transcript will be sent prior to the state deadline at the end of June.
